Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a type of sake with less than 50% rice remaining (over 50% polished) and no distilled alcohol added. Especially Fruity, elegant, smooth and delicate.

Junmai Ginjo Sake is a type of sake with less than 60% rice remaining (over 40% polished) and no distilled alcohol added.

 

Junmai Sake is a type of sake with less than 90% rice remaining (over 10% polished) and no distilled alcohol added. Rich, full-body, savory and round.
